To book the village hall for your event, please download the booking agreement and return to the booking clerk. All details can be found here.
Hall Charges
The hire charges are reviewed annually and there is a special discount scheme for local residents (within a 4 mile radius of Bridestowe).
Bridestowe Village Hall
Bridestowe Village Hall is a fantastic facility, that can be used for wide range of events, from small meetings to large scale wedding receptions and parties. The venue is divided into a number of units, including meeting rooms, kitchen and a large hall which can be hired out separately or the venue can be hired entirely. The Phil Rattenbury Hall
- Capacity: 120 Seated or 200 Standing (Approx size 26ft x 54ft).
- Tables and chairs included in hire.
- Free Wifi available.
- Min 2 hour hire/charge.
The Margaret Moor Suite
- Capacity: 40 (Approx size 18ft x 26ft).
- Multi functional room.
- Bar area.
- Min 2 hour hire/charge.
The Small Meeting Room
- Capacity: 12 (Approx size 11ft x 13ft).
- Free wifi.
- Suitable for smaller meetings.
The Kitchen
- The kitchen is available for preparing refreshments for all hirers.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- Crockery & cutlery included in hire.
